What Is Food Sensitivity

how intolerance affects your symptoms
food intolerance is commonly implicated with many symptoms but is often not the initial cause. stress, hormones and/or underlying medical conditions may affect the body`s ability to cope with what would normally be very harmless foods. in many cases, the body becomes unable to cope and digest certain foods, which can cause toxins to accumulate and excaserbate various symptoms. therefore by discovering and eliminating problematic foods, particular symptoms may improve or be alleviated completely as long as these foods are controlled within the diet.
